Zu Fuß bist du in 1 Minute beim Lebensmittelgeschäft SPAR, der Festung Kufstein, dem Bus und in 5 Minuten bei der FH-Kufstein oder dem Bahnhof und Park & Ride.
Mit dem Rad sind sie in 20 Minuten beim Hecht- oder Stimmer-See.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, ist also absolut ideal für einen Studenten-Sommer mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die beiden derzeitigen Mitbewohner sind sehr nett. Das Leben in der Wohngemeinschaft ist entspannt und ungezwungen, aber Sie können sich auch eine ruhige Zeit gönnen, wenn Ihnen danach ist.

Warum ich die Wohnung mag:
Sie sind optimal an das kleinstädtische Leben angepasst. Man ist sehr flexibel, sei es beim Einkaufen, bei der Arbeit oder bei Aktivitäten. Das Wohnzimmer und mein Zimmer sind sehr groß und gemütlich und ich habe mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Mitbewohner sind wirklich nett.
