Apartment, 2 rooms, Reudnitz

I'll move out of Germany and searching for somebody to take over my cozy apartment in Reudnitz. A new contract will be made and the rent will be increased/negotiated with the representatives of the owner.

The sleeping room faces an inner yard, very quiet during the night and with a balcony to enjoy the view, exposing E-SE .
The apartment is at the 3rd floor, no elevator, wide wooden stairs.
The kitchen cabinets, oven and fridge are included in the contract.

The owners want the followings:
- Vorvermieterbescheinigung über Mietschuldenfreiheit, (proof that you payed your last rents, so I presume from former place)
- Schufa (jetzt beantragen) Auskunft, (I was not asked one 2 years ago ... so maybe they are flexible :) )
- die ausgefüllte Mieterselbstauskunft, (will get a form to complete from me)
- die Einkommensnachweise der letzten drei Monate. (some evidence of your income for the last 3 months or at least an working contract or bank statements or paychek, etc)

Very IMPORTANT note:
the rent will be increased/negotiated and I'm looking for somebody to take the exiting furniture and electric devices and the nice plants. If you take the apartment as such, this will be recorded in the new contract, but you may be asked to clear the apartment and paint in white when you will move out...German rules :)

Dryer = 25 euro
Dishwasher = 50 euro
Bed + mattress = 120 euro
Ikea Desk + chair = 100 euro
Ikea Shelves = 50 euro
Wooden table + chairs = 50 euro
Cupboard = 50 euro
Kitchen Shelves & kitchenware = 25 euro
Plants = 60 euro
Sofa & other shelves + the big framed mirror = free

Total = 560 euro
