We are looking for a new tenant(s) for short/long term, who could take over our contract for this cute one room apartment. You could move in from the 16th of January (move in dates are flexible, so they could be a few days later too), minimal stay is till the end of February as our cancellation period ends then! After that, you can take over the contract if you wish for an unlimited period of time. The flat is around 22 m2, fully equipped (small dining table, chairs, a desk, small wardrobe) with kitchenette (oven and fridge included) and obviously a separate own bathroom.
The room is perfect for couples or singles too, students are welcome. In the unity there are 4 different rooms altogether, the whole territory is 102 m2. There is even a washing machine provided, which you would share with the other tenants of the building (currently 5 persons).
Important: REGISTRATION (ANMELDUNG) is possible!
The rent amounts 500 € warm (this includes every costs) which could be divided into two, in case if you are a couple, then the rent is just 250€ per person! This apartment is ideal in case if you are staying only short term (internships for instance) or you’ve just arrived to Berlin and would like to settle down a bit in order to collect all the required documents and continue your search for the desired apartment from a stable spot (which is exactly what we did)!
Wir suchen für einen Nachmieter (Pärchen auch erlaubt) für unser Apartment im Michendorf. Mietbeginn 16 Januar (ist flexibel, kann man ein paar Tage später einziehen), Mindestmietdauer bis Ende Februar (unsere Kündigungsfrist dann läuft ab), aber kann man den unbefristeten Mietvertrag gern übernehmen!
Die Wohnung ist 22 qm, und befindet sich in einer 102 qm groß Wohnobjekt mit insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten. Die Wohneinheiten sind mit einer kleinen Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und funktionsfähig ausgestattet. Es steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, für gemeinsames Nutzen mit den anderen Einwohnern (zurzeit 5 Personen).
WICHTIG: ANMELDUNG ist möglich!
Die Warmmiete macht 500 € pro Monat aus, in dem Fall von 2 Personen 250 € pro Monat warm.
The flat is located in Michendorf, which could be seen at first glance pretty far from Potsdam and Berlin, but in fact that is not the case. The train station is only 500 m from the flat (6 mins by foot), from where you can reach Potsdam in 25 Minutes with a train (RB23), or in 20 minutes by several buses (X43,643,608). As for Berlin, with the regional train “Regionalbahn RE7” you find yourself in Berlin- Charlottenburg in 25 minutes, if you go one station further and an additional 5 mins you are at Berlin-Zoologischer Garten. Even to reach Alexanderplatz you won’t need more than 45 minutes. Regarding the location, there are everything that you need in Michendorf, a grocery “Norma” is just right next door, but you can choose from Aldi, Netto and Edeka which aren’t further than 800 m. Pharmacy, bakery, döner, everything is in a walkable distance.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Michendorf, was viel näher zu Potsdam oder zu Berlin ist, als man denken würde. Die Regionalbahnhof ist 500 m von der Wohnung entfernt und die Verkehrsanbindung an Potsdam oder sogar Berlin kann man als hervorragend bezeichnen. Potsdam kann man in 25 Minuten mit der Regionalbahn (RB23), oder in 20 Minuten mit mehreren Bussen erreichen (X43, 643, 608). Bis zum Berlin-Charlottenburg braucht man etwa 25 Minuten, bis Zoologischer Garten 30 Minuten. Im Fall, wenn man zum Alexanderplatz muss, sind nicht mehr als 45 Minuten nötig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Restaurant und alles befinden sich in der Gemeinde Michendorf was das täglichen Leben erfordert (Norma gerade vor der Tür, Edeka, Aldi, Netto nicht mehr als 800m entfernt).
Obviously, it is an advantage if you have the usual documents at hand (passport, SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, pay slips) but the landlord is pretty flexible about it (we also lacked some of them when we moved here).
Die üblichen Unterlagen sind erwünscht (Reisepass, SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , Abrechnungen, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung). Es ist vom Vorteil, wenn alles vorhanden ist, falls nicht, kann der Vermieter ein bisschen flexibel sein (es war der Fall bei uns auch).
