I will leave my apartment from December and am looking for someone to take over the contract. It is for one person only, no couples. It will be unfurnished, except for maybe a kitchen table and a few other things...not decided yet.
Please write me if you are interested only in longterm contract and are able to meet with the landlord in person from 13.11.2021. Let me know what your situation is in Munich, in regards to earning money, and a bit about you as well.
It is a wonderful 1 room flat with:
-a separate kitchen
-bathroom with bathtub
-south facing big windows in the living space and kitchen that let lots of light in all day
-covered bike parking
-street parking possible, and i think also a possibility to rent a parking place in the garages
-storage space in basement
-washing machine to use in basement
-close to Sbahn Leuchtenbergring, also tram and bus connections
-no pets allowed sadly
