The newly renovated apartment (about 32sqm) is located on the 6th and top floor of a well maintained multi-apartment-house. It´s completely furnished with a new and elegant oak-decor-floor.
The apartment is rented fully furnished and features a big wardrobe, new and comfortable sleeping couch, table with 2 chairs, large flatscreen TV (cable), etc. Also the bathroom was modernized.
The brandnew kitchen is equipped with a fridge, baking oven, sink, ceramic hob and sufficient space to store china.
The sunny south-west-balcony offers much privacy and was just renovated. It features a beautiful panoramic view onto the roofs of the area and also (weather related) into the alps. Enjoy romantic sunsets on the balcony!
The large window front brings much light into the apartment. All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.
There´s also a basement storage which belongs to the apartment. Also a large swimming pool belongs to the housing complex and can be used free of charge. There are plenty of free parking zones in the area.
Located at Arabellapark (Bogenhausen) with excellent infrastructure: metro station / U-Bahn "Arabellapark" 5min walking distance, from there within 8min into the city center; at Arabellapark market place you´ll find many shops, restaurants, doctor´s offices, etc. within only 5 walking minutes.
I´m renting the apartment out for a timely limited period between 6 (minimum) and 9 months.
