My 30 sqm Studio is absolutely new constructed and furnished to the highest modern standards. The building was built in august 2023. The flat can accommodate one or two people. I would like to rent it long term at least for one year.
The apartment includes fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and share delicious meals, a very comfortable bed (1.60m mattress) and an up-to-date smart TV, as well as a bathroom including a warm shower and towels to make you feel at home. At the entrance you will find a mirror & big closet 100*60*236.
It also includes amenities such as :
- an air conditioning system,
- floor heating
If you need to clean some dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in the laundry room where you have a private very modern washing machine Siemens. Underground you will also find a private locked storage place. Last but not least this apartment has a small beautiful garden with the furnitured terrace where you can grill and eat any time. therefore it offers everything you need for you to feel comfortable and connected with the nature.

Location: The apartment is located near U2/S1 Feldmoching and has the direct access to the airport (only 30 min by public transport) & the city center (only 20 min by public transport).
In the walking neighborhood you will find many restaurants, bars, pharmacy & supermarket. Talking about beautiful nature, you find at least 3 beautiful lakes that you can visit by public transport, by car or by bicycle. Walking distance is also only 20 min.
The apartment is cleaned by a professional at the beginning & at the end of your stay. The cost is 150€
