I am renting out my studentapartment while I am back in the US. It is a very recently built apartment in a student area, I love living here and so will you!

About the area:
- Shopping mall (MIRA Einkaufszentrum) literally next door. Aldi, REWE, H&M, you name it it's there.
- U2 (Dülferstraße) also right next door by the shopping mall.

About the apartment:

Very recently built (2005), and while it is small (16sqM) you get everything you would need and it is very affordable. You also get to use my 32" TV , with a Western Digital media box. I have a couple big computer monitors that I use and they are also available for your use during your stay. The underground parking is great if you have a car, and if you dont the U2 is quite literally 100m away. I also have a small refrigerator in the room, and all utilities (internet, water, electricity, heating) are included.

While the apartment itself doesnt have a kitchen in it, it includes the use of a shared kitchen (5 other people), most of them are never there and they are very nice anyways.

You must prepay the rent on the day of move in (Überweisung or Cash).
I also have to have a copy of your ID to give to the Studentoffice just in case. (You don't need to be a student though)
