The apartment is 45m² including a bathroom & kitchen, washing machine is available inside the apartment.
There is a washing machine also available in the cellar free of cost too.
The rental price (including heating, and Wi-Fi )
The apartment is fully furnished, bed,refrigerator, oven, microwave, clothes cabinet, Tv, chair & desk..
There is already two sofa available in the apartment one in the kitchen and one in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
