Hello! :-) This lovely flat is situated very central, only 200 meters to the university of Munich and the underground. Its in a very famous area between Maxvorstadt and Schwabing in the Türkenstraße, full of bars and cafes, but yet its very very quiet since its situated in a backyard. You get everything you need, its fully furnished with a queensize bed and a big sleeping couch. It has a big 65 inch flat screen (which is huge :-), a surround system, a Playstation 5, lots of Blue rays to watch, a digital piano, WIFI, a kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A good supermarket can be reached after a 50 meters walk and as mentioned before you have lots of bars and cafes in the street. The bathroom is at the floor outside the flat and will be shared with one friendly neihbour. Please enjoy the stay in this lovely flat in the center of Munich. Marcus :-)
