Hi there! I will be sub-renting my apartment for a month, from May 15 - June 15 (PLEASE only contact me if you want to stay for 1 month, not longer).

- a great location: right next to Josephsplatz, 5 minute walk to U2/U8 or 6 minutes bus ride to U6/U3 (perfect for TUM and LMU main campus students or anyone who is working in Maxvorstadt/along the metro lines)
- a fair price: 780 (all inclusive)
- the possibility of extension: you might have the opportunity to fully move in after February 2022

👉🏻What you should bring along: any gender and age is welcome as long as you are 👈🏻
- tidy and reliable: someone who is responsible, really taking care of the apartment and everything that is in it and paying the rent on time
- not celebrating extensive parties at your apartment every weekend
- are available for the given time period (no move in after May 15, later move out date is negotiable)
- are able to pay the rent
