Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden und liegt nur ca. 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Milbertshofen entfernt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und mehrere Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

In der Wohngegend findet sich oft ein Platz um das Auto abzustellen, es kann aber auch ein Stellplatz zusätzlich angemietet werden.

The apartment is very well connected to public transportation and is only about 5 minutes away from the Milbertshofen subway station. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and several supermarkets and drugstores are within walking distance.

In the residential area, there is often a space to park your car, but an additional parking space can also be rented if needed.

Da es sich um ein privates Studentenwohnheim handelt, sind ausschließlich Student(inn)en, Praktikant(inn)en, Doktorand(inn)en, Trainees, und Auszubildende dazu berechtigt dort zu wohnen.

Wichtig: Um den Mietvertrag abschließen zu können werden ein Ausbildungsnachweis, ein Nachweis über die Haftpflichtversicherung und ein Mithafter (Bürge) mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland benötigt (z.B. die Eltern).

Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache ab nächster Woche möglich.


Since this is a private student residence, only students, interns, doctoral candidates, trainees, and apprentices are eligible to live there.

Important: To be able to conclude the rental agreement, proof of enrollment, proof of liability insurance, and a co-signer (guarantor) residing in Germany are required (e.g., parents).

Viewings are possible by appointment starting next week.
