Furnished studio flat in Schwabing - Sublet

This is a nice, spacious studio flat in Schwabing. It is very sunny, despite having only one window, because it is on the top floor and no buildings block the sun. In case it is too sunny, there is a venetian blackout shade on the window.

Most of the furniture is white and from Ikea. In addition to the main bed, there is also a sofa bed behind the table. The sofa bed can be used as a single, or it can pull out into a double. There is a surprisingly large amount of storage space in the furniture, and there is also a storage cage in the basement.

Curtains divide the living room area from the bed and wardrobe. A hallway leads to a separate kitchen and bathroom, which contains a washing machine.

An elevator goes up to the fifth floor, and there is an extra flight of steps to get to the flat, which is on the 6th floor.

On the first floor there is a lovely terrace you can use for cookouts, which is shared with the other tenants.

Across the street from the flat is the U-Bahnhoff Hohenzollernplatz (U2), which is only about a 5-minute ride from Hauptbahnhof. Conveniently, Rewe, Basic Biomarkt, and Müller are only a 5-minute walk away.

All costs, including the flat rental fee and additional costs like internet and heating, are included in the monthly payment.

The flat is available as a sublet from mid-January to the end of April, and possibly longer.
