Da ich umziehe, suche ich eine Nachmieterin/Nachmieter für meine Einzimmerwohnung ab Ende Mai, die oder den ich meiner sehr netten Vermieterin vorschlagen darf.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber trotzdem ruhig in Neuhausen zwischen U Mailingerstraße und Donnersbergerbrücke. Sie befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Mehrfamilienhauses aus den 50er Jahren. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, kleiner Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Backofen und Herd, Bad mit Badewanne und einem großen Balkon. Es ist auch im Winter schön hell, für nachts gibt es Rolläden. Ein trockener Kellerraum gehört ebenfalls dazu wie auch ein Garagenstellplatz, der für 80 Euro im Monat dazu gemietet werden muss.

Einen Waschraum mit Miele Waschmaschinen und Trocknern befindet sich im Keller des Hauses (Kosten pro Nutzung: 2,50 Euro) ebenso wie ein Trockenraum und Fahrradkeller.

Die Miete beträgt 750 kalt, plus 100 Euro Nebenkosten, plus 80 Euro Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Außerdem würde ich gerne einige Möbel dalassen wie Couch, Schrank, vermutlich Bett, Plissees etc. und hätte dafür gerne einen Abstand von rund 600 Euro. Bitte nur schreiben, wenn das in Frage kommt!

Ansonsten meldet euch gerne wenn ihr ein festes Einkommen habt und etwas für längerfristig sucht.

Since I'm moving, I'm looking for a new tenant for my one-room apartment from the end of May, whom I can propose to my very nice landlady. The apartment is centrally located but still quiet in Neuhausen, between U Mailingerstraße and Donnersbergerbrücke. It is on the raised ground floor of a multi-family house from the 1950s. It consists of a living room, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, and stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a large balcony. It's also bright in the winter, and there are shutters for night-time. A dry cellar room is also included, as well as a garage parking space, which must be rented additionally for 80 euros per month.

A laundry room with Miele washing machines and dryers is located in the basement of the building (cost per use: 2.50 euros), as well as a drying room and bicycle storage.

The rent is 750 euros cold, plus 100 euros for utilities, plus 80 euros for the underground parking space. Additionally, I would like to leave some furniture behind, such as a couch, wardrobe, probably a bed, blinds, etc., and would like to charge a deposit of around 600 euros for this.
