Hi! I am looking for someone to stay for about 10 months from October or November. This room is very bright and cozy. I have to go home for a while due to personal issues, and I'm looking for someone to live in this apartment in the meantime.
-New building, with elevator. Internet included.
-10 minutes walk to U2 Quiddestr.
-EDEKA, WOLLWOORTH and Pharmacy in 2 minutes.
-Ostpark is right in front of the apartment.
-About 6 stops from the U2 line to the center of the city.
-Dish wash machine.
All the necessary furniture is provided, and if you like to take care of plants, I am happy to entrust you with my plants, and I can give you a small discount on the monthly rent :)
I will put most of my stuff away for you. You just need to come into this cozy home with your luggage!
