I would like to exchange my nice bright 1-bedroom flat for a 1 or 1.5-bedroom flat.

What am I looking for?
It is important that it is bright, located in the M-Ring, has good transport connections and has a separate built-in kitchen.
Minimum floor area: 30 Sqm.
My maximum budget is: 800 euros warm.

What do I offer?
I offer a fully furnished student flat in Unity Alpha with balcony and fitted kitchen. Furnishings include: Bed, mattress, large wardrobe, 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 desk.
The rent is 569 euros warm (including all utilities).
The Aldi supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and the bus stop 181 is practically in front of the building.
By bus, you can reach the U6 Studentenstadt in about 7 minutes. On foot you can reach the underground stations Kiferngarten and Freimann in about 17 minutes.
Washing and drying machines can be used in the basement.
The surrounding area is suitable for jogging, cycling or relaxing. The English Garden and the Isar river are less than 5 minutes away.

Only two requirements are necessary:
- You should be an enrolled student, so you must provide a certificate of enrollment,
- A liability insurance.
