Spaceous and bright room in a quiet street in the best area of Munich (close to univerisity, Marienplatz and English Garden). The room has large windows with trees in front, a big bed (180 cm), a day bed with view out of the window, a table with chair. No proper kitchen included! But a coffee maker, water kettle and a mini fridge are in the room (dishes, cutlery etc. are in the room); dishes would need to be washed in the bathroom. You can only have a rice cooker if you cook only vegetarian. The bathroom is shared with me when I am home as well. I will NOT be in Munich on these dates: 24.1.-15.2.24 Important: only non-smokers!! (I have asthma, the room must stay 100% smokefree). Might be possible to extend or sorten sublease for a few days. I own a little dog, you should not be allergic.
