Beautiful 1 room apartment in Landsberger straße. Very good location, 5 minutes to S-Bahn Laim station, 10 minutes to U-Bahn Laimer Platz. Parking spots are also available on Landsberger Straße and nearby locations. There is also a possibility to rent a parking place. Laundry room available. The apartment has beautiful balcony (which is quite big). There is a big indoor bike storage facility with key.
The apartment is not furnished. I prefer giving the unit to someone who is willing to take the furnitures as well:
1. Big table with 3 chairs
2. Small table with 2 chairs
3. Bed with mattress
4. Big wardrobe.
All the furnitures are for sale for 600 Euros. There are other things such as toaster, water heater, mixer and so on, which we can discuss about later. Im selling everything.
The rental price is inclusive of all additional costs (Nebenkosten).
