very modern room, private bathroom and kitchen in student house

The apartment is new (built for 3 years), and consists of a well lighted room. A kitchenette is inside the room (2 plaques, one microwave that also is an oven), and there is a spacious private bathroom. There are already all the furnitures you need (a big desk with chair, a big wardrobe and many cupboards). the room is painted in white and is sophisticated. The bathroom is big, with a huge mirror. There is an internet connection (with cable, I find it fast).
The apartment is located in a Student house.
There is a fitness-room in common, and wash-machines and dry-machines in common. There are also a big terrasse and a big garden and a living room in common, with possibility to make barbecues in the garden.

There is a big terrace in common with the other students.
Anybody can have this room, you don't need to be a student.

The price is 550 euros per month all included, but it is to negociate.
