Entering the flat you find yourself in a little hallway. On your left the spacious wardrobe with mirror sliding doors can be used for coats, shoes and household items. In addition, there is a magnetic pin board, a key holder, shoe mats and some hooks on the wall.
Opening the door in front, you step into the white tiled bathroom. It offers a spacious bath with a shower, a big mirror closet for toiletry, a sink closet with drawers for towels etc and a towel heater. There are additional hooks, porcelain toothbrush cups, a make up container, an assortment of big and small towels, scales, a washable white curtain, several rugs to change, a waste bin and loo brush.
From the hallway you also enter the sitting room. Since the balcony is located to the south and goes all along this side of the flat, it creates a friendly sunlit atmosphere. In front of you there is a big and cosy beige sofa with cushions and a set of three printed canvasses, a big new beige rug made of 100% wool and a hard wood sofa table of Chinese origin. Facing the sofa, there is a hard wood low board with drawers and an additional board holding a vase and a Smart TV purchased in 2015 which can be used to access the Internet and may also be connected to your personal electronic devices to play music or view pictures or films. The new white chest of drawers next to the low board contains new modern stainless steel cutlery and other table wear. There are picture frames to hold your personal photos and there is a decorative picture on the wall next to the TV.
To the left of the sofa there is a tall floor lamp with adjustable lights, a Bauhaus serving cart and some shiny white shelves with doors at the bottom. You might want to put in your personal belongings, though will already find some vases, frames, games, books and useful items.
There are white blinds and curtains for the windows.
There is a small table with two chairs next to the kitchen. On the window ledge, there are porcelain vases, candle holders etc.
On the other end of the window side, there is a desk with a drawer, shelves, a reading lamp, paper bin, pencil holders, paper holders, a small pin board, a plant etc.
Behind the little study area, you enter the sleeping area separated from the sitting room by a wall. There are cupboards and additional shelves and hooks, magnetic boards etc. You are fully equipped to cook or bake and to lay the table for guests.
