1-room apartment with separate fully-equipped kitchen (4 cooking plates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment).
The rent includes cold and warm water and heating. Electricity and internet are excluded and have to be organized by the tenant.
The flat is composed by one big bedroom/living room with a balcony facing south, a small kitchen separated from the main room and a toilet with bathtub. A cellar in the basement is also available for the tenant.
The flat is rented by the owners completely unfurnished, but I (current tenant) would love to find a person who is interested to take over most of my furniture. This includes: one 120cm bed, 3 cupboards, one large TV, one desk, one table and two chairs and a perfectly working washing machine that is currently positioned in the toilet. You can see most of these articles in the pictures, and you will see them in person if you decide to visit the flat!
The flat is located 2 minutes walking distance from the "Machtlfingerstr." UBahn stop, on the U3 line, from which you can reach Marienplatz in 13 minutes.
In 5-10 minutes walking, Aidenbachstr. can be reached, that has several bus connections also at late night.
there are several shopping possibilities in the surrounding that can be reached with a short walk. For example, Lidl, Rewe and Alnatura supermarkets, Dm, a few getraenkemarkts and a few close-by gas stations that are open 24h.
in 2 minutes walking, Suedpark can be reached, which is a nice place for a walk or for running or biking.
There is plenty of free parking space along the street.
A future tenat who is willing to take over the furniture currently in the flat (or most of it) will be preferred.
The exact start-date of the contract is flexible (earliest: 01.07) and the exact costs of the new contract will be discussed with the owners of the flat after your visit.
