Hello,
I am moving out of München and thus putting my lovely studio apartment up for rent.
The apartment is 20 m2 big and is south-facing. It has a new, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. The building is handicapped-accessible. In addition, there is a washroom in every floor with washing machines and dryers. There is also a common living space in every floor, a terrace and a gym (both being renovated at the moment). There are banks to sit down and chill outside, and an outside parking space available, both for cars, and bikes. Renting a cellar compartment is also possible for an extra 15 euros per month.
The apartment comes fully furnished (kitchen, 100x200 cm bedframe and bed, couch, 160x80cm table, two coffee tables, a desk light, balcony furniture and a chair). Some of these have to be taken over by the new tenant.
Right next to it, there is a complex with both value and high-end supermarkets (Edeka and Aldi) and a "drugstore" (Rossmann) .
It is 4 mins away from the S-bahn station Siemenswerke, and 10 mins away by walk from the U-bahn station Obersendling. There is also a bus stop right in front of the complex.
Isar is 20 mins away by bike, and there is a part right next to the building. In general, the area is quite green.
I would like to leave most of my furniture in the apartment, and for this I need to make sure you would be interested in buying these furniture from me at a reasonable price. We can individually decide on what you could buy, but the couch, chair, balcony furniture and the bed is a must.
The start date is July or August.
The price for non-students for the flat is 880 euros/month, and this goes down to 780 euros/month for students. The company will ask for a SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) contract, proof of studentship/ausbildung for the discount, proof of finances, and ID information.
