Looking for apartment in Munich

Hallo!

Ich spreche kein deutch, so I'm writing in english (aunque mi lengua es el español -- I'm from Chile).

First of all, my name is Rodrigo, 25 years old, working already since a year in Garching, but living in Munich (in order to have closer access to the city life). I'm not staying for at least another year (but might be more, who knows), so I'm looking for an apartment to stay during this time.

Regarding the apartment, and since I work in Garching, I'm mostly interested in places near the U6, preferably to the north of the city (read: nordfriedhof, alte haide, dietlindenstrasse, etc...), but I'd consider any other places anyway; it's just a matter of closeness to the work. Availability of at least some basic furniture would be nice, as well as Internet connection -- I'm software engineer, please understand me :).

Maybe an important point to highlight: I'm not a crazy-for-partying person (although I hang out with friends, I'm not going crazy for it), so you can rest assured that I won't mess up your apartment at all. I've been living in a shared apartment until now, and I've never had any problems with my landlord regarding to this. I also consider myself a responsible person, and if I would have any problem that you should know, you will know it.
