All three flats are just renovated: there is parquet on floors, tails in bathrooms and magnificent Italian marble in showers.
You will find everything you need for a comfort stay: washing machines, dish washers, fridges, ovens, electrical stoves, TV, wifi Internet, ironing equipment, hair dryers, coffee machines, kettles and audio sytems for your Iphones or Ipods.
Third floor with no elevator.
It is possible that there might be some renovation works on a stair case during your stay.

1. Studio sea side. Ideal for two guests. There is an air condition and a small balcony where you can see a bit of a sea. Very light and bright. 550 euros a week.

2. One bedroom flat on a sea side. There is an air condition and the balcony is a bit bigger. You can also observe the sea from the balcony. Very light. You have got bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa. Very comfortable for 4 people. 650 euros a week.

3. One bedroom on a side of a town hall. You have got bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa. Very comfortable for 4 people. You can see a charming pedestrian street out of your windows and an office of Nice mayor. 600 euros a week.
