I am renting out my beautifully constructed apartment which consists of a living/bedroom, a separated kitchen with all the necessities and a little kitchen table for cozy morning coffees or relaxed dinners, a bathroom with shower, a small entry area and a separate toilet. The Kitchen, bathroom, toilet and entrance area are tilled with beautiful checkboard tiles which give the apartment a very special character. The living room/ bedroom consists of a cozy 140cm bed, wardrobe, desk and chill area with a couch and armchair. All my plants add additional charme to the apartment! The apartment itself is located on the 4th and last floor of the building, which makes it very bright and letd you spot the blue sky when looking out of the windows. There is no elevator in the building. Also, the apartment is perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people!
The location is just brilliant, right outside my building there is the U3 station Schweglerstraße which lead directly to Westbahnhof (2min), Mariahilfer Straße (5min) and Stephansplatz (7min). There are also trams 9 and 49 bringing you straight in the 7th district (5min) - the hipster capital with lots of vintage shops, cute cafés, restaurants or bars! U3 and the trams also bring you to the U6 station Burggasse/Stadthalle, but you can also just walk 10min down there. Even though being very central, living in my apartment is super quite since it‘s facing the quiet „Innenhof“ of my building!
