I am looking to sublet my apartment in Ottakring from July to September (Rent can be worked out date to date).
Its a beautiful bright house with morning sun at the windows and nice cross ventilation. Windows overlook into a small garden with 3 Beautiful rose bushes, irises and a pleasant view.
Apartment:
- 1st floor with lift.
- Fully furnished
- 610 euro/month (can be worked out date to date)
- Deposit is 1000 Euros (slightly negotiable + I can give you a letter signed by me on my letterhead stating I will return the deposit if all is in place and nothing is broken)
Location:
Redtenbachergasse - Ottakring, is very well connected. Innerstadt is 20 mins away with any of these options:
- 5 min walking from tram numbers 2 and 43;
- 3 min walking from bus 10A;
- 10 minutes walking from U bahn.
Miscellaneous:
- Bathroom is almost as big as the bedroom with very nice fittings, as you see in photographs
- I have a few plants and would be nice if the prospective subtenant could water em. But if you don't want to be responsible for the plants, i will, temporarily, send plants to friends.
- The bedroom has wooden flooring and kitchen has beautiful tiles typical of Viennese houses.
- I can provide a meldezettel for the duration of the sublet.
- There is a sofa cum bed which comes in very handy.

- 5 min walking from trams: Tram 2 goes up to Fredrich Engles Platz and Tram 43 upto Schottentor.
- 3 min walking from bus 10A;
- 10 minutes walking from U bahn
Billa is closest at about 100 meters from home. Spar, Lidl and other billas are within vicinity.
Thousand and one nights Persian restaurant closeby.
A variety of nice and not so expensive restaurants are all around the place.
Miscellaneous:
