I will be leaving Vienna long term on Feb 26 and need to find a replacement tenant for my dorm room (in Haus Döbling) to take over my contract. My contract is until 31 July; I am told there could be the possibility to extend the contract if desired.
I am told that my replacement tenant *must* be a male international student who does not presently have a contract with OEAD.
Please contact me as soon as possible, since I will be leaving Vienna February 26 and need to make the necessary arrangements before I leave.
