It's centrally located in a residential area and by tram it's just 10-15 minutes to the city centre (Schottentor / University )! It's fully equipped, so you can move in and feel the atmosphere of a Viennese home. The Apartment has recently been refurbished, so everything is very nice and in great condition! The rent includes high speed Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV, and insurance of the appartment.
• The extendable BED (90x200cm, extended 180x200cm) is very comfortable and can be used by one or two people.
• KITCHEN UNIT: spacious and careful equipped, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and dishes, washing machine including tumble dryer.
• BATHROOM: nice and clean with shower, toilet, hair dryer.
• ANTER ROOM
The neighbourhood:
• In the area surrounding the apartment are different SHOPS, GROCERY STORES, a swimming pool, restaurants, cafés, two cabarets, a nice pub with music and a leafy courtyard.
• Close to the apartment is the colorful Brunnenmarkt area with ist market, cafés, pubs, etc...
• It's a THREE MINUTES WALK to the TRAMS going to the city center!
