Hello, I am subletting here to one person (ideally female) a 35m2 one-room-apartment with a garden from the July.25 to August. 30, for a bit more than a month.
The apartment has one main room, a bathroom and a kitchen close to the entrance. Located on the groundfloor, it is directly connected to a private garden which is a very nice feature. At the moment the apartment is not completely furnished, there will be a single matress but not yet bed.There's however some basic stuff like a shelf, lamp, etc, simple kitchen items are also avaliable.The room appears in the photo is taken before previous renter is moving out, not how it looks at the moment.
Theoratically the place is also possible for a longer rent until Sep. 2018. However in that case it will be a shared apartment situation, where we share the room and cost but I will be mostly not there (perhaps 7- 10 days there every month). Details need to be discussed in person.
Atm you are welcome to rent it just for the one month as well. Rent is 645 for August and 150 for the last week (25-31) of July. Deposit 200 CHF.
Price for the shared room after August then will be CHF 322.5 pro Monate for each person.
Visiting the place will be possible on this Saturday, 15th.July. Let me know if you are interested.
