Hello,

I am sub-renting my cozy apartment in Lokstedter Steindamm for July, August and September (check precise days on the ad).

- 20min to the city with the bus 5 - 1min walking to the station and the bus comes every 3 to 5 minutes.
- Edeka, Budni, Pharmacy and more at walking distance

- Sunny full West-directed balcony with amazing and quiet view to garden/trees (perfect for summer)
- One main room with darker corner for bed and good sleep
- Separate kitchen
- Hall with a wardrobe that will be completely empty
- Bathroom/Shower
- Second (and last) floor with no neighbour on top :)

It’s a very peaceful place and the neighbours around are super kind and helpful people, great for feeling comfortable and relaxing. As I am coming back again after the renting time, I would be willing to leave the TV and furniture for use and we could discuss further details if you are interested.
