Cozy and bright flat in Kollwitzplatz

Renting my flat while I'm on holiday. The dates are somewhat flexible but ideally I would like to rent it from mid June until the end of July and will prioritize people who can rent it for the desired dates. The price is 1200 per month. Rent includes heating, electricity, and Wifi.

The flat is very bright as it gets light in the front and in the back of the flat. It is a front house (Vorderhaus) apartment and also has a nice view out the back from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a small desk with a laptop stand so it is perfect for someone who works from home. I also have a projector you can use to watch shows or movies.



Directly on Kollwitzstr. and is a 7 min walk to the Ubahn (Senefelderplatz) or 5 min to the M2 tram line. Close to many bars, restaurants, cafes, and shopping.

Looking for a quiet, reliable interim tenant. No smoking inside, no parties, no pets allowed.
