Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines renovierten Mehrfamilienhauses - außen wie innen ist alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger doch zentraler Umgebung, bietet viel Freiraum zur Entspannung und persönlichen Entfaltung.
Möglicher Mietzeitraum ist vom 01.08.2023 bis zum 31.12.2024 mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Es ist nur für eine Person möglich, die Wohnung zu bewohnen.
Die Wohnung wird nur für eine Mindest-Mietdauer von 12 Monaten vermietet.

I will soon start a job assignment in another city and would therefore like to sub-rent my flat to a tidy and caring person.
The flat is on the third floor of a multi-apartment complex. It is completely renovated and the facilities are in good shape, in and outside. The flat is situated in a quiet but very central area of Berlin, providing a lot of free space for relaxation.
The possible rental period is from the 1st of August 2023 until the 31st of December 2024 with the possibility to stay longer. The flat is offered to 1 person for permanent residence only.
The apartment is only rented for a minimum rental period of 12 months.

Der Balkon bietet freien Blick auf das Rathaus Charlottenburg und eine große begrünte Freifläche auf der man im Frühjahr/Sommer wunderbar verweilen kann.

The house itself is freshly renovated. Metro lines U7 and U2 as well as Bus X9, M45 and 101 are very closely situated. The large Zoo Train Station can be reached by bus in 5 minutes, Berlin Central Station 15 minutes, Tegel Airport 18 minutes.
