Da es schade wäre, es solang leer stehen zu lassen, biete ich es hier gern an Wohnungssuchende zu einem guten Preis an.
Ihr habt hier also die Möglichkeit, günstig und in einer super Lage zu übernachten.

Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude im Zuckerbäckerstil gehört zu den Prunkbauten der ehemaligen Stalinallee und ist mitten im beliebten Szenekiez gelegen.
Bäcker, Spätkauf und viele kleine charmante Läden sind direkt vor der Tür.
Die Simon-Dach-Str. ist nur 2min. zu Fuß entfernt.

So you have the opportunity to stay low and in a great location.
The Grade II listed building in the gingerbread style is one of the magnificent buildings of the former Stalin Allee and is situated in the popular area.
Bakery, convenience store and many small, charming shops are right outside the door.
The next underground stations are 2min far away by foot: Frankfurter Tor, Samariter Str.
