ich verreise kurz und vermiete meine Wohnung.
Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmerwohnung im 1 OG. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert mit Wohnküche, Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Diele und Bad. Sie ist hell und zentral und bietet Platz für nur eine Person. Der Ort hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: U-Bahn Station Hermannplatz und Schönleinstraße sowie die Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Gehminute entfernt.

Es ist ein 1-Zimmer Apartment für NUR 1 Person, inklusive Dielen und alten Doppelfenstern.

PLUS: Küchenutensilien, Bügeleisen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, WLAN, Stadtpläne und eine sehr positive Atmosphäre!

Ich lasse einen großen Teil meiner privaten Gegenstände. Gehe bitte sorgfältig mit meinen diesen um.
Du kannst gerne alles in der Wohnung nutzen. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großer weißer Schrank, in dem ich einige Fächer für deine Sachen frei räume.

Du bekommst von mir frische Handtücher, Haarföhn, Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee (Filtertrichter). Toaster sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Mit den Nachbarn herrscht ein umsichtiger und respektvoller Umgang. Bitte seht deshalb von Parties oder nächtlichen Exzessen mit Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn ab.

I rent my apartment.
It is a one-room apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen, living/bedroom, hallway and bathroom. It is bright and central and offers only space for one person. The place has a good binding to the public means of transport:
Subway stations Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße as well as the bus stop are only a few minutes walk away.

It is a 1-room apartment for 1 person only, including hallways and old double windows.

PLUS: kitchen utensils, iron, bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, WLAN, city maps and a very positive atmosphere!

I leave a large part of my private belongings. Please handle them carefully.
You are welcome to use everything in the apartment. In the bedroom there is a large white wardrobe where I leave some space for your things.

I will provide you with fresh towels, hair dryer, water, tea and coffee (filter). A toaster are also available.
The bathroom is equipped with the basic things. (A hairdryer is available)

We treat our neighbours with care and respect. Please refrain from parties or night excesses with respect to your neighbours.
