I am offering my fully furnished 1 room apartment + sunny balcony in Kreuzberg (Kottbusser Tor).
Available for 1 person from the 11th of February till the 19th of January 2023 (9 days / 8 nights). Costs 150 Euro + 50 Euro deposit (refunded after rental period and if nothing was damaged).🙃
No parties, no visitors and no pets allowed! We will have a call first and afterwards meet in person before the renting period starts: we could meet this week from Wednesday to Friday (mornings until 12:00).
I speak Dutch, English and German.
NB: only available for 1 person: no couples and no children. Anmeldung for this short period is not possible.💡

NB: there is no WIFI/internet! You could get a cheap 'internet only' SIM for 30 to 90GB in a telephone shop around the corner on Kottbusser Damm and use your phone as a WIFI router. Ask me for more information. Otherwise there are many shops, restaurants, bars and libraries around the area with free WIFI.
