Cozy studio for four nights — €160 (negotiable)

Howdy! I will be away for a week and my cozy apartment will be available to anyone who needs it, from 10am on Monday, 20.05 until 3pm on Friday, 24.05. Even if you only need it for three nights, reach out anyway because maybe we can make an agreement!

It's got a great location near Gesundbrunnen station in Mitte, well connected to the airport express, the Ringbahn, the U8 metro line that takes you straight to the center.

You're welcome to make yourself at home here. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath, and a kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, and all the utensils needed for basic cooking and baking. There is a queen bed and a fold-out couch in case you have a guest. I have a smartTV with an HDMI cable in case you want to stream or game. There is no laundry machine or dryer, but there is a laundromat down the street that I use regularly.

There is also a €250 deposit. I am not worried about a broken glass or a new scratch on my desk, so don’t stress. The deposit is just to ensure nothing of significant value is broken or missing. You will get it back as soon as I return!

This is not for a long-term stay or a residence with Anmeldung.
