Seid Ihr in der vierten Etage im Vorderhaus angekommen, erwartet Euch eine überaus charmante und gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Ihr habt ein großes Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Personenmatratzen zur Verfügung
Es gibt`auch einen Balkon, der eine Aussicht zum Dahinschmelzen bietet. In der großen Küche kocht und faulenzt es sich sehr angenehm. Für mich ist sie der perfekte Ort zum Schreiben. Es gibt natürlich einen Kühlschrank, einen Gasherd und Töpfe, Geschirr....
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, ist klein und fein. .....
The perfect place to be!
Right in the center of Berlin where you have a perfect access to public transfer system.
Near Alexander Platz, near the famous Mauerpark with its big fleamarket and its Karaoke and other artistic attractions.
Subway, busses and other transport systems are close but as far away that its very quiet here.
This street here is very quiet although you need only 3 min by walk to the tram station.
Perfect to relax and to have fun.
A lot of cafes an d restaurants are here. Cheap and expensive ones. The same with shops.
If it`s organic food or a normal supermarket-
EVERYTHING is really close.
A big park as well called Friedrichshain.
A lot of good party places are close as well.
Die Lage ist großartig. Nahe am Alexanderplatz. Nahe an der Eberswalderstrasse und dem Mauerpark (jeden Sonntag: Flohmarkt und livekaraoke!!!!) Es gibt viele nette cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Parks.....mmmhhhh! Es gibt ein billiges Internetcafe um die Ecke, Supermärkte, billig und auch Bio.
And a security deposit of 200 € that you will get back, when giving the keys back.
You will feel very well here.
Very cheap for Berlin and especially for this perfect area.
The neighbours are very friendly.
Some couples or friends where staying here before, from Spain, Norway and Scottland and they all liked it here a lot.
