The apartment is on the second floor in the hinterhaus, overlooking the courtyard, so it's very calm. It has very high ceilings and gets lots of natural light during the daytime.
There is a kitchen with fridge, wash basin and gas stove/ oven. The apartment is otherwise unfurnished, ready for someone to move into and make their own.
Important: to be considered, you will need the following documents:
Schufa (solicitar ahora)
Proof of income
Proof of freedom from rent arrears (Mietschuldenfreiheitheitsbescheinigung)
These will be passed on to the landlord for consideration.
The neighbourhood is really awesome, with Sonnenallee right outside the door, the bars and restaurants of Weserstraße right across the street and two large supermarkets (Lidl and Netto) just a few minutes walk away.
Closest public transport is U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln (U7), which is a 5 minute walk away.
Hermannplatz (U7 & U8) is a 10 minute walk away.
There's also a bus stop right outside on the street on Sonnenallee.
I am finding a tenant to replace me as I have moved into a different place, and would like someone to take over the apartment as soon as possible.
