Ich biete meine fantastische und sehr gut gelegene Wohneinheit vom 5. Juli bis zum 7. August zur Untermiete an. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (Lift ist vorhanden) mit eigener Terrasse und Ausblick in die Bäume. Sie verfügt über eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, einen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und einem Schlafsofa sowie ein großes Etagenbett. Mein Keyboard und meine Gitarre können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Die Kollwitzstraße ist sehr gut ans BVG-Netz angeboten. Im Umfeld gibt es unglaubliche Möglichkeiten für Restaurants und Bars, die ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Die einzige Bedingung ist, dass du Katzen magst, da in diesem Haushalt Lulu, die Katze meiner Vermieterin, oft auf dem Balkon zu Besuch ist, aber sie ist ein Schatz.

I am offering my extraordinary and very well-located apartment for sublease from July 5 to August 7. It is located on the top floor (an elevator is available, fret not!) with its own terrace and view into the trees. It has a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and kettle, a desk for working, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, and a large bunk bed. You are welcome to use my keyboard and guitar. Kollwitzstraße is very well connected to the public transport network. In the surrounding area, there are incredible possibilities for restaurants and bars, which I can definitely recommend. The only condition is that you like cats, because in this household Lulu, my landlady's cat, often visits and hangs around, but she is a sweetheart.
