The apartment is very bright due to sunshine from midday to evening. The windows are heading to the westside. The room is on the German 4th floor (US: 5th floor). The next Subway and S-Bahn stations (Schoenhauser Allee) are just a three minute walk away, additional several streetcar lines in all directions. It is also very close to the coffee house scene at Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz. The apartment is colorful. It has a bathtub. Furniture, cutlery, everything is there. For the complete three months. Monthly rent: 446 € warm. Energy and telephone costs according to individual usage. Das Haus sowie die Nachbarn sind gepflegt und ruhig. Sehr zentral: Der Fußweg zu S- und U-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee beträgt 3 Minuten. Anbindung an mehrere Tramlinien in alle Richtungen. Helmholtzplatz sehr nah, Kollwitzplatz auch nah. Wannenbad. Haushalt: Geschirr, Besteck - alles da. Für den kompletten Zeitraum von drei Monaten. Monatsmiete: 446 € warm.
