The next Subway and S-Bahn stations (Schoenhauser Allee) are just a three minute walk away, additional several streetcar lines in all directions. It is also very close to the coffee house scene at Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz. The apartment is colorful. It has a bathtub. Furniture, cutlery, everything is there. For the complete three months. Monthly rent: 446 € warm. Energy and telephone costs according to individual usage. Helmholtzplatz sehr nah, Kollwitzplatz auch nah. Wannenbad. Haushalt: Geschirr, Besteck - alles da. Für den kompletten Zeitraum von drei Monaten. Monatsmiete: 446 € warm.
