Da mein Untermieter doch wieder abgesagt hat, versuche ich es jetzt nochmal:
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für 6 Wochen vom 3.12.2023 -14.1.2024. Die Warmmiete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 700€ inkl. Strom und Internet. Außerdem nehme ich 500€ Kaution, die sofort bei der Übergabe erstattet wird. Die Mieter muss auch eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben (Bedingung des Wohnungsbesitzers).
Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Straße im 3.OG ohne Fahrstuhl, ist allerdings nicht für Home Office geeignet, weil ich keinen Schreibtisch habe.
Wer die Wohnung mietet, muss sich für die Zeit um meine Pflanzen kümmern. Beginn und Ende des Mietzeitraums können um wenige Tage angepasst werden.
