Ich gehe auf Reisen und vermiete mein Zimmer unter! Es ist recht groß und schön hell und hat einen Balkon. Ausgestattet ist es mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Friedrichshagen, direkt am Müggelsee. Super Anbindung an die Innenstadt durch die S3, die alle 10 Minuten fährt (19Min bis Warschauer Str.). Außerdem fahren 2 Tram Linien vor der Tür.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Carsten. Er arbeitet viel und ist entsprechend recht viel unterwegs. Er ist ein liebenswerter und ordentlicher Typ, mit dem man sich prima unterhalten kann.
Unsere Wohnung ist sonst keine WG, sondern wir sind ein Paar. Entsprechend geht es hier ruhig zu und das soll auch so bleiben. Keine Party, keine größeren Besuche.
Außerdem wünschen wir uns keine Religionsausübung und eine Beteiligung am Putzplan.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine riesen Wohnküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist und einen herrlichen Dielen Boden.
