Hey there!
My name is Margarita and my flatmate Ulli and I are currently looking for a new flatmate that will live in our WG for initially 6 months with possibility of extension in case we are all comfortable end enjoy living together. The rental price is 375 Euro/month for Warmmiete + use of my own furniture and the flat is located in Friedrichhshain (Proskauer Str.).
For Ulli and I it’s important to look for a person who is respectful and would like to do something together every now and then. We are well aware of how important it is to have me-time and to do your own thing independently. We respect that totally and we don’t expect to spend all the time together. However, this is not a Zweck-WG and we would enjoy meeting in the kitchen spontaneously, exchanging how our days were, etc. We like playing boardgames, going dancing and hiking and you would be very welcome to join those events too if you’d like 🤗.
Our WG has 3 bedrooms, one big livingroom with balcony, one bathroom and one kitchen. It is quite big (137 square meters) and you’d be allowed to use all common areas).
In case you are interested, feel free to contact me back and I am happy to send you pictures (via email) of your room as well as the rest of the house. We could also schedule a video call to get to know each other a bit more and have a feeling for each other and ideally, if you’d have the time and are already in Berlin, we could meet at a cafe and talk in person.
