Hello,
I am going back home for this winter break and I want to sublet my room for a month or a bit more, the room is free from the 2nd of March to the 15th of April, we can discuss the length of the stay together but ideally I'd like someone to rent it for at least the whole month. Rent is 580€ a month all included.
We offer you a fully furnished 20 sqm daylit backyard room.
Location
The apartment is perfectly located in Friedrichshain, Bersarinplatz. We have a very good connection to the tram (M10-M21, 1 min) and subway (U5 Frankfurter Tor, 4 min). The Ringbahn is also not far away.
You can get to the popular Simon-Dach-Kiez within about 10-15 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities are within relative walking distance.
The Alex can be reached by train or bicycle within about 10 minutes. PrenzlBerg, Kreuzberg and Mitte are easily accessible.
Flatshare Type
We are not a purpose-built flat-share and do not want to be one. We enjoy a chat in the kitchen from time to time and in general enjoy having a friendly atmosphere.
We are both pretty relaxed and laid back. You should be too.
