Das kleine Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und hat einen nach Osten ausgerichteten Balkon. Das Zimmer ist hell und luftig.
Es gibt einen 100 cm breiten Kleiderschrank, einen Rollcontainer für Wäsche oder Kleinkram, einen Wandschreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein schmales Regal und ein Bett mit einer 80 cm Matratze. Gerne kann man aber auch seine eigene Matratze mitbringen, das Bett ist variabel in der Breite.
Es können auch Bettwäsche, Bezüge und Handtücher gestellt werden.
Küche und Bad sind groß und voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Microwelle und was man sonst noch so brauchen könnte.
Von dem Balkon des Zimmers kann man auf den Boxhagener Platz schauen. Hier ist immer etwas los - am Samstag Markt, am Sonntag Flohmarkt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal - mittendrin im Kiez Trubel, doch im 4.OG etwas ab vom Lärm des Partyviertels.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch super gelegen. Ostkreuz, Ostbahnhof und S+U Warschauer Str. sind in etwa 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar, die M10 und U5 in 5 min und die M13 fährt vor der Haustür. Nur Parken ist so eine Sache....
Noch wohne ich ja alleine, sodass ich nicht weiß, was für eine WG es wird. Ich freue mich aber und bin gespannt auf eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbwohner, die/der mir meinen Space lässt und trotzdem kommunikationsfähig ist.
Ich bin spät wach und spät im Bett, sodass es super wäre, wenn Du das Bad zu früheren Zeiten brauchst. Ich bin ziemlich sauber und ordentlich, was ich auch von meiner/m Mitbewohner/in erwarte. Ich höre gerne Techno, House, Soul, Hip Hop usw, habe einen Pflanzentick, trinke keinen Alkohol mehr, rauche noch - aber nur auf dem Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist vielleicht am Besten für jemanden geeignet, der sich neu orientieren möchte - wenn wir uns gut verstehen und länger zusammen wohnen wollen, habe ich noch größere Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Wir sollten uns zu einer Wohnungsbesichtigung treffen und schauen, ob es passt.
