Light filled, fully furnished room for short term rent from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 (can be a bit flexible). The price is 530/month all inclusive.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, dining table, and a fun speaker and radio set up for good cookin' times.
There is a big and small living room for chilling as well as a balcony (which offers nice seating but doesn't get much use these days).
The bathroom has a bathtub as well as washing machine.
I am looking for someone who will treat my room and apartment with care while I am away.
Would love to hear a bit about you and possibly have a meeting if you could be interested in renting the room.

The location is in the middle of Kreuzberg. U1/U3 at Prinzenstraße is a 3 minute walk away. U8 Kottbusser Tor or U8 Moritzstraße about 10-15 minute walk away.
If you have a bike, biking is very quick to most places within the ring.
Sharing with my flatmate, a friendly and chill German fellow who speaks English. He works full time as an acoustics engineer setting up sound for clubs, bars and restaurants. Mostly works 9-5 but can sometimes have odd hours too.
