Update: Just one of the two free rooms left :)
Hey you, I just rented a lovely Altbau flat in Kreuzberg (with really lousy Laminat Boden, I have to admit, but still, really beautiful Altbau).
Its a monument-protected building (denkmalgeschützt). On the photos you can see that Im still mid-moving in and pre-renorvation. There will be professionals coming in on the weekend though who paint everything and put a new floor in some rooms (be quick and have a say about your floor ;)), so the flat will be ready to move in by monday.
The room is about 500. I don't have the electricity bill yet though. Im sorry about the price. Its new age Berlin, i just rented the flat...
Well, a few words about me, I am 31, and I will be working for doctors of the world, in a project that provides medical care for people without a residency or without a health insurance. Ive been living in WGs since forever now, and have developped all important WG qualities (I hope!) and I hope you did the same ;) I would love to live with people who are also political, so that we can have a beer in the evening and plan the revolution! Or maybe with poets? I love writing as well! Or maybe you are just really nice?
Well anyway, drop me a few lines and tell me about yourself, and then Im happy to meet for a beverage :)
