Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß, unmöbliert (ignoriert die Möbel auf den Bildern, die kommen raus - werde die Tage noch aktuellere Bilder hochladen) und recht quadratisch geschnitten. Es hat eine Tür zum Balkon (der auch durch die Küche betreten werden kann und von uns beiden benutzt wird) zum Wäsche aufhängen, essen oder chillen. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Wohnheim für zwei Personen mit einem Bad und einer Küche mit Essbereich. Die Küche fällt klein aus (es gibt keine Spülmaschine). Da man keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung haben darf wird Wäsche im Waschraum des Wohnheims gewaschen (eine Wäsche kostet 2€, ist also zur Miete dazuzurechnen, je nachdem wie oft ihr vor habt zu waschen). Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, einen Fitnessraum, einen Tischtennisraum, einen Basketball- und Bolzplatz und eine Bar. Bei Bedarf kann man auch Parkplätze mieten, davon weiß ich aber nicht viel. Nebenkosten gibt es hier nicht, Internet ist auch inbegriffen und recht gut - ich hatte bisher nie ein Problem. Leider kommt man nur über zwei steile Treppen ins Gebäude (nicht wirklich barrierefrei), deshalb ist das Zimmer für Menschen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind wahrscheinlich leider keine Option..

The room is about 12 square metres in size, unfurnished (ignore the furniture in the pictures - i'll upload some more recent pictures soon) and square. It has a door to the balcony (which can also be accessed through the kitchen and is used by both of us) for hanging up laundry, eating or to just sit and have a chat. It's a flat in a dormitory with a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area for two people. The kitchen is quite small (there is no dishwasher). As you are not allowed to have a washing machine in the flat, laundry is done in the dormitory's laundry room (€2 each time, so this is added to the rent, depending on how often you plan to wash). There is also a storage room for bicycles, a fitness room, a table tennis room, a basketball court, a football pitch and a bar. You can also rent a car park if required, but I don't know much about that. There are no utilities or extra charges here, internet is also included and quite good - I've never had a problem so far. Unfortunately, you can only get into the building via two steep stairs (not really barrier-free), so the room is probably not an option for people who are dependent on a wheelchair.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnheim in Lichtenberg, direkt an der Tram/Bus Station Möllendorfer Str./Storkower Str. Man ist unmittelbar an Bus/Tram (weil direkt vor der Tür) und entweder in 3min mit dem Bus/in 5min mit der Tram oder ca. 11min zu Fuß am Ring. Durch die Tram und den nahen Ring ist man recht gut angebunden (ca 25min zum Alex, 30min zum Tempelhofer Feld, 35min zum Hauptbahnhof, 30min zum Gesundbrunnen; nur als Beispiele). Direkt vor der Tür gibt es Rewe, Lidl, ALDI, eine Apotheke.

The flat is located in a dormitory in Lichtenberg, right at the tram/bus stop Möllendorfer Str./Storkower Str. You can reach the Ringbahn either in 3min by bus/in 5min by tram or approx. 11min if you walk. Due to the tram and the nearby Ring you are quite well connected (approx. 25min to Alex, 30min to Tempelhofer Feld, 35min to Hauptbahnhof, 30min to Gesundbrunnen; to name a few examples). There is also Rewe, Lidl, ALDI and a pharmacy nearby.
In der Wohnung bleibe Ich, ich bin 26 und studiere im Master Psychologie. Da im Studium eher weniger Kreativität gefordert ist, versuche ich meine Freizeit damit zu füllen. Ich singe und spiele ein paar Instrumente (Indie), fotografiere oder male. Ich liebe Flohmärkte, erkunde die Stadt oder bin beim Sport. Ich koche vegetarisch - mir ist egal was du isst, aber das ist sicher für manche eine wichtige Info :)
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass hier keine Zweck-WG entsteht in der man nur nebeneinander herlebt. Dass man auch mal quatscht oder was unternimmt. Sei da bitte ehrlich mit deinen Vorstellungen an ein Zusammenleben.

I'm 26 and currently doing my masters in psychology. Since my studies don't require much creativity, I try to fill my free time with it. I sing and play a few instruments (indie), like photography and painting. I love flea markets, exploring the city or doing sports.
I'd like the WG to be a living environment here that goes beyond mere existing next to each other —where we can have chat from time to time or occasionally spend time together. So please be honest about your expectations.

Es wäre schön, wenn du in deiner Nachricht ein wenig über dich selbst schreiben würdest - wer du bist, wie du drauf bist, was für eine WG du suchst. Damit ich schonmal einen Eindruck bekomme.
