The room is available from 1st March until 31 May. But it is possible to get it for less time if you need to. Anmeldung is possible.

The room is very spacious and it has a big window facing west. You can see the top of the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz from the window.
It is furnitured with a bed and desk.
The whole flat has hardwood floor.
Couples are welcomed, however, rent will be adjusted based on usage/consumption.
Located at Holzmarktstraße 69, 10179, Berlin, the apartment provides great access to public transport with Jannowitzbrücke station just 3 minutes away, offering connections to Hauptbahnhof, Warschauer Straße, and the airport via U8 and S3, S5, S7, S9 and buses. It's 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. There are several small parks nearby, and for convenient grocery shopping, both Netto and Edeka supermarkets are just a 1-minute walk from the flat.
Hi there! I'm David, the main renter, originally from Argentina and 35 years old. There are 3 Bedrooms in total and a big Kitchen / Living Room. We'll be 3 people in total sharing this apartment.
You’re encouraged to use the common spaces like the living room and kitchen - feel free to treat it like your own! It's a relaxed, non-purposeful shared living situation. Hanging out together is great, but it's totally fine if you prefer your own space too.
I work remotely and the Wi-Fi is excellent!
While parties aren't allowed, feel free to have friends over. I actually host board game nights once a week - you're welcome to join! Just a heads up, this is a smoke-free apartment.
Individuals of all genders, races, religions, and sexual orientations are welcomed!

There is no Keller but there is a storage room.
