It's 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz. There are several small parks nearby, and for convenient grocery shopping, both Netto and Edeka supermarkets are just a 1-minute walk from the flat.

You’re encouraged to use the common spaces like the living room and kitchen - feel free to treat it like your own! It's a relaxed, non-purposeful shared living situation. Hanging out together is great, but it's totally fine if you prefer your own space too.
I work remotely and the Wi-Fi is excellent!
While parties aren't allowed, feel free to have friends over. I actually host board game nights once a week - you're welcome to join! Just a heads up, this is a smoke-free apartment.
